Telephone / E-mail Support
You can speak with or e-mail one of our Family Support Services
staff if you have specific questions or you wish to have regular
ongoing contact.
Home Visits
Arrange to have Family Support Staff visit you in your home or at
another convenient location.
Office Visits
Arrange to meet Family Support Staff at our main office in the Oshawa
Centre or at one of our
satellite offices
in Beaverton or Port Perry. We offer one-to-one
support for individuals concerned about their memory loss or family
members caring for someone with dementia.
North Satellite Office
On the third Monday of each month, Family Support Services staff
offer services onsite in north Durham. Our Port Perry office is
open 9am to 12pm and is located at Scugog Community Care. Our Beaverton
office is open 1 pm to 4 pm and is located at the Community Employment

Referral to Community Services
We provide referrals to health care professionals and support
services in our community.
Information Packages
You can receive these packages by e-mail or mail on a range of
topics, including diagnostic techniques, medications,
caregiving issues and treatments.
