Community Care Durham serves adults
and their caregivers with needs related to physical disability,
aging and/or mental health who live in Durham Region.
Central East Community Care Access Centre
(CE CCAC)

CE CCAC helps residents of Durham Region to access government-funded
home and community services and long-term care homes. They also
provide information about local community support service agencies
and can link people to these agencies to arrange services.
Centre For Addiction And Mental Health

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH)
is the largest mental health and addictions facility in Canada,
only one of four such facilities in that field to receive
designation from the World Health Organization as a Centre of Excellence.
Whitby Mental Health Centre

WMHC's services are designed to provide successful treatment,
rehabilitation and earliest possible reintegration into the community.
Assessment and crisis services are provided, as well as consultation,
education and community development. The Centre values service
partnerships with consumers and their families, general hospitals,
community mental health services and other organizations.
