Psychogeriatric Resource
Consultant Service for Durham Region

The Psychogeriatric Resource Consultation (PRC) Program in Durham Region was developed to meet the educational needs of health care staff working in long-term care homes, community service agencies and home care organizations including Community Care Access Centre. The PRC Program, developed in collaboration with Alzheimer Society Durham Region, is part of Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences Integrated Community Outreach Services.
