Support and Education for Professional Caregivers
Services are available to front-line staff (e.g., PSW, nursing, activation, recreation, rehabilitation therapy, support personnel) of long-term care homes, and community agencies who care for seniors with serious mental health needs and associated challenging behaviours. Please contact us if you are interested in developing your assessment skills, knowledge base, and problem-solving strategies in caring for this challenging client group.
Services provided:
- Support and education for participants of PIECES and U-First! training.
- Telephone/email consultation.
- On-site consultation meetings.
