Current Needs

Event Planning Volunteers
Alzheimer Society of Durham Region is looking for people with a knack for event planning to join our Walk For Memories, GALA Dinner & Dance or Chocolate Lovers' Luncheon Planning Committees. This is a longer-term commitment of several hours per month as well as assisting on event day. Choose one event or help out on all three! If you have organizational skills and an interest in helping the Society raise money, we'd love to hear from you.

Afternoon Office Support
Alzheimer Society of Durham Region is looking for people with two to three hours a week to help out in the office in the late afternoon to do photocopying, answering phones, data entry on the computer and other office-related tasks. These opportunities would be ideal for students looking for volunteer work to fulfill their community service requirements.
